Be a lifesaver and give blood at our Community Blood Drive, right here at the Senior Center. Stop in to donate at your convenience during the time listed; no appointment needed. Donating takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
Bonus: your donation stays local! Your life-saving blood will be brought to our local Aspirus Langlade Hospital, which will help your family, friends, and neighbors in our area.

The Senior Center is very fortunate to have Dr. Amanda and Dr. Emily of Promise Physical Therapy and Wellness to lead our group exercise program. They focus on strength and balance that can help to get you back to activities you want to do to live your best life.
Rock Steady Boxing Program for People with Parkinson's Disease
Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact boxing inspired program designed specifically for people with Parkinson's disease. This special class is led by certified instructor Dr. Amanda Trieloff right here in Antigo, Wisconsin.
ADRC Senior Dining
ADRC Senior Dining offers healthy meals in a social setting. Meal reservations are required one day in advance by 12 p.m. The suggested contribution for dining is $6.00 per meal. No eligible person will be denied a meal due to inability to pay, and each participant is asked to give a contribution within their means.

Line dancing is a wonderful way to have fun, improve your balance, coordination, and enhance your memory. Become a part of a group who love to dance, laugh and have fun! New dancers are welcome.
Crafting/Embroidery
Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to stitch thread or yarn. Whether you are an embroidery expert, want to freshen your skills, or want to learn embroidery, come join us Mondays at 10 am. Bring your own supplies or purchase a kit for $7.00. Kits need to be ordered a week in advance by signing up at the Center. Come and discover your creative self!

Evening Exercise with Dawn
Designed for the “younger” Senior, ages 50 and over. Enjoy a variety of programs including chair yoga, strengthening, balance and cardio drumming.

This is a very popular program on Wednesday afternoons. If you enjoy being around a lot of people, come and play bingo!
Cost: $1.00 per card.

Do you have questions about your computer, tablet, cell phone or watch too! Elizabeth is at the Center Wednesdays from 11:00 to 1:00 to help you with your devices and questions. No appointment is necessary. No Charge for her help.
