Evening Exercise with Dawn
Designed for the “younger” Senior, ages 50 and over. Enjoy a variety of programs including chair yoga, strengthening, balance and cardio drumming.

Bingo!
This is a very popular program on Wednesday afternoons. If you enjoy being around a lot of people, come and play bingo!
Cost: $1.00 per card.

ADRC Senior Dining
ADRC Senior Dining offers healthy meals in a social setting. Meal reservations are required one day in advance by 12 p.m. The suggested contribution for dining is $4.50 per meal. No eligible person will be denied a meal due to inability to pay, and each participant is asked to give a contribution within their means.

Tech Time
Join us for a visit from the Mobile Antigo Public Library every Tuesday from 11:00 to 1:00 PM. Browse a wide selection of books, magazines, and more! Also get your Tech questions answered or learn something new from the Library Tech Guru! Walk Ins are Welcome.

Sewing Club
All skill levels welcome. Whether you're a seasoned stitcher or a curious beginner, this group is a great place to learn, share your talents, and work on your knitting and crocheting projects.

Bunco
Round up your friends and come down to the Senior Center to play the newest dice game craze! Bunco is known for its element of luck and can be enjoyed by people of all ages and skill levels.

YOGA WITH CARRIE
Come join us for chair yoga! This promising form of exercise may help with certain health conditions such as arthritis, to exercise without putting pressure on joints. It may also reduce the fear of falling and help people who are not used to exercise to begin improving their strength and balance.

Low intensity workout focusing on balance. range of motion and coordination. Zumba Gold offers all elements of fitness, cardio, vascular, muscular, conditioning, flexibility and balance. The cost per class is $5.00.

Line dancing is a wonderful way to have fun, improve your balance, coordination, and enhance your memory. Become a part of a group who love to dance, laugh and have fun!

MahJohg
Enjoy the challenge and camaraderie of Mahjong!
